Eric C. Foster Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is looking to hire a HVAC Technician/Installer to work with our team here in Chelmsford. This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime as well as on-going classroom and on the job training.With more than 40 years in the business, we are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers. We service both residential and commercial customers throughout Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
Daily tasks include
Primarily responsible for installing and repairing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Other duties may be assigned.
- Installation of ducted and ductless HVAC systems
- Repair and diagnosis of issues with furnaces, ductless, and ducted AC systems
- Assist in monitoring the work of lower level HVAC mechanics
- Install humidifiers into the system and connect water and drain pipes
- Replacement of furnace and air conditioning systems
- Locate, pick up, and deliver parts for jobs dependent on department needs

Job Requirements
- Sheet Metal license a plus, but not required
- EPA certification a plus, but not required
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read plans and adapt to changes
- Ability to work well with others, team player, and ability to multi-task
- Had working, efficient, neat, and takes direction well
