Thank you very much for helping us out and fixing everything for us so quickly. From Jason first stepping into our house to Big Al leaving us with a brand new furnace and a water heater, it took only slightly over 50 hours. Jason helped us go over the options and hunt down a water heater that exactly met our needs, and Big Al and his assistant, Travis did a very neat job.

I want to thank you , Tony and Travis for an excellent job. You have been very professional. I complemented them on their work. I can see they take pride in their work. They were polite and cleaned up. They even let me feel good and help a few times.
I would recommend you to anyone that needs a professional plumber.
Tony said that there might be an inspection. I am at work during the week and therefore an inspector cannot get into the house. What should I expect concerning an inspection?
I forgot about putting the dryer vent in as we had discussed. I am comfortable putting that in myself when the time arrives. I consider your work completed.
The moving of the washer drain went easily and quickly.
Can the cost of these two be reduced from the estimate?
Please let me know how you want this paid for and the total cost.
You had mentioned that I might be eligible for two different rebates. Is there paper work I need completed for those? Please remind me where and how I apply for those.

I wanted to tell you how happy I am with the way your part of the project went. First thanks for stopping by that day and introducing yourself and the chit-chat about cars. It was a pleasure meeting you and I know you had more important things on you mind, I am very sorry for your loss.
Jason, from the very start I liked him, he was knowledgeable and professional and was always quick to return my calls and emails. I felt the schedule went very well and as I needed help for construction issues here he was quick to respond and helped keep my project moving. I am grateful for his help.
In the course of the project I saw many different people here working on many different parts of the project. There was not one person that I did not feel comfortable with being here at my home. In fact they were all very friendly and personable.

Debbie, your guys showed up on time ( a little early which I like a lot) and did a fantastic job on our water heater. The plumbing work looks so good it’s a shame to put my pipe insulation on it.

You sent two young to 17 Coldspring Road Westford today and I want to report on their work and behavior.
It is very to find workers today that just do their job without complaining about something. These two young men complained about nothing. When confronted with a problem there was no swearing, and no complaining they just moved along and got the job done.
The two young men did not stop once not for coffee and not once to talk about what took place last night. I noticed when one of them was not in need by the other he immediately went to the next step without saying.
They worked clean throughout the job even cleaned up after they finished.
They were polite, courteous, and their appearance was nice.
I want to thank you for sending these two young men to Mrs. Sweetman’s home as Mrs. Sweetman is meticulous and appreciates clean workers.
